Chris’s goal is to help athletes and non-athletes get back to performing at their highest level in whatever activity they find enjoyment in. As someone who has had their share of injuries keeping them out of their sport, he understands the frustration and desire to get back as soon as possible. In his free time he loves to spend time at CrossFit, hiking with my fiancé and 2 dogs, and just getting outdoors.
